# How To Make A Backup

#### How to Create a Backup

1. Go to the **Backup** page in your server panel.
2. Click **Create Backup**.
3. (Optional) Enter a **Backup Name**. If you leave it blank, the system will use the date and time.
4. (Optional) Add any **Ignored Files & Directories** if you want to exclude certain files.
5. (Optional) Click the **Lock** button to prevent the backup from being deleted.
6. Click **Start Backup** to begin the process.

#### How to Delete a Backup

1. Click the **three dots (⋮)** next to the backup.
2. Select **Delete**.
